One night in Windhoek eases you into Namibia's wide skies and dry savannah before a charter flight carries you into the Namib Desert.
Three nights at Wilderness Kulala Desert Lodge place you at the foot of the world's highest dunes - sunrise climbs of Big Daddy and Dune 45, the ancient clay pan of Deadvlei, and star-filled nights on a private rooftop platform.
A further charter flight then carries you to Ongava Private Game Reserve, bordering Etosha National Park, for three nights at Ongava Lodge - game drives into Etosha's famous pans and waterholes, with a resident population of black and white rhino at the lodge's own doorstep.
