South African Airways have recently announced that they will launch a boutique service on their flights between Johannesburg and London.
The airline has redirected it's focus to the customer experience, and they are making several changes to enhance the journey for their clients. The boutique service experience will apply to travellers in the Premium Class cabin, however Voyager Platinum and Lifetime Platinum members will also have several added benefits, regardless of which cabin they are travelling in.
The boutique service will include special check-in desks, priority boarding, personalised meal services, access to fast track lanes and entertainment packs for children, amongst other benefits.
