The Victoria Falls has recently reached it's strongest flow in years!
After the heavy rains of the wet season, the Victoria Falls has seen the highest flow in almost 50 years. The water flow has increased noticeably in comparison to this time last year, as the flow of the Zambezi River over the Falls was recorded at 1 209 cubic meters per second on 8 February 2021. This is almost double the recorded flow of last year.
